Workspace & Audit Inputs
We store the brand names, domains, and product categories you submit for visibility auditing.
Billing Information
Payment transactions are processed directly by Stripe. We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers; we only store billing metadata (such as your Stripe Customer ID, subscription tier, and invoice status).
Technical & Usage Data
We collect standard server logs, IP addresses, browser types, and authentication session cookies required to secure and operate the platform.
How We Use Your Data & AI Model Policy
We use your information to operate the Service, execute brand visibility audits, deliver transactional emails (such as OTP verification codes and billing notices), and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your private account information to train foundational AI models.
When you run an audit, the target brand and domain query are transmitted via commercial APIs to third-party LLM providers solely to generate your real-time visibility telemetry.
