Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using the IndexLLM enterprise benchmarking platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using IndexLLM ("Service"), operated by IndexLLM Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, or if you do not have the legal authority to bind your entity, you must not access or use the Service.
Description of Service & AI Output Disclaimer
IndexLLM provides brand visibility auditing, synthetic query benchmarking, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) analytics across third-party Large Language Models (LLMs).
You acknowledge that the Service queries third-party artificial intelligence models that are probabilistic in nature and prone to generating inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or fabricated outputs ("hallucinations"). IndexLLM measures and reports on what these models output; we do not control third-party LLM weights or outputs, and we do not warrant the factual accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated synthesis, score, or strategic recommendation.
All reports, visibility metrics, and action plans are provided strictly for informational and strategic benchmarking purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, or guaranteed business advice.
Subscriptions, Credits & Billing
Billing & Renewals
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Self-Serve Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time via the "Manage Billing" button in your Account Settings, which redirects to the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, after which your workspace will downgrade to the Free tier.
Credits & Refunds
Audit and discovery credits are provisioned per billing cycle and do not roll over unless explicitly stated. Except as required by applicable law, all subscription fees are non-refundable.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the IndexLLM platform or APIs;
- (b) create multiple free accounts to bypass credit allocations or rate limits;
- (c) use the Service to generate unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content; or
- (d) resell or redistribute raw platform telemetry without an active Agency or Enterprise license.
Intellectual Property & Fair Use Trademark Notice
IndexLLM retains all rights, title, and interest in its proprietary software, scoring methodologies, and platform interfaces. You retain ownership of the brand inputs you submit and the exported audit reports generated for your workspace.
All third-party product names, logos, and AI model names referenced on the platform (including but not limited to OpenAI, ChatGPT, Anthropic, Claude, Google Gemini, Perplexity, xAI, and Mistral) are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective holders. Use of them is for identification and benchmarking purposes only and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.
